What this site
actually collects.

Written the way we write everything else here: specific to what is really running on this website, rather than a template that would fit anyone. If a statement below is wrong, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.

Read this part first

Do not send us protected health information.

Not by email, not through a booking form, not in a message. If you are describing a real incident at your clinic, leave out client names, dates of birth, addresses, diagnoses, record numbers, and anything else that could identify a child or family. Describe the situation generically. We can help you just as well that way.

This website is marketing and education. It is not the compliance platform, it is not covered by a business associate agreement, and nothing you send through it lands in a system designed to hold PHI. If we ever do handle PHI for your clinic, that happens under a signed BAA, inside the product, and not over email.

What is running on this site

Five third parties, and no forms at all.

This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, and no login. There is nowhere on it to type information and send it to us. What does happen is that a handful of outside services load when you visit, and each one sees something.

Who sees what
Every third party on this site
Google Analytics. Pages you view, roughly where you are (from your IP address), your device and browser, and how you arrived. Sets cookies. Measurement ID G-R5CCSBK5ZX.
Cookies
Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google on every page.
No cookies
Vercel. Our host. Standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested pages.
Server logs
YouTube. The webinar on the homepage is embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies unless you press play.
Only on play
Calendly. The booking buttons open Calendly in a new tab. Anything you type there goes to Calendly under their privacy policy, not ours.
If you book
If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you wrote. That is ordinary business correspondence and we treat it that way.
The other half of an honest answer

What we do not do.

Stated plainly, because a privacy policy that only lists what is collected tells you half the story.

We do not
  • Sell, rent, or trade any information about you.
  • Run advertising, retargeting pixels, or ad networks on this site.
  • Collect protected health information through this website.
  • Ask you to create an account or log in.
  • Track you across other websites.
What you can do about it

Turning it off.

You do not have to take our word for any of this, and you do not have to accept it either.

Analytics

Opt out entirely

Google publishes a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics on every site you visit, including this one. Most ad and tracker blockers stop it as well.

Cookies

Block or clear them

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies per site. Nothing on this site breaks if you do; there is no login or cart to keep track of.

Verify it

Check the page source

Open your browser's developer tools and look at what actually loads. Everything on this page should match what you see, and if it does not, tell us.

Questions, or a correction.

Email tzvi@abawiser.com. If you want us to delete correspondence you sent, say so and we will. If something on this page does not match what the site actually does, that is a defect and we want to know. If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
